Despite an intense longing to chop it off myself, I’m attempting to grow my hair out. A bit. Only a bit. And only for now, don’t push it! My hair is coarse, and thick, and very vulnerable to humidity….watch out! In other words, now that I’ve let it grow a bit, it’s just a longer version of the somewhat bearable short fro I was already sporting! I’m going on 3 months now, though a significant thinning took place at 8 weeks. Its hard work letting hair grow. Naturally, I’m feeling a bit fatigued….we’ll see how long this lasts!
